For group leaders and operators
Send your programme; AI drafts the itinerary and you check it.
- 1Add your programme
- 2Check it and press Publish
- 3Share one link with your zaireen
Your published itinerary shows each day in both calendars, with Hijri dates as announced in Najaf.
How do you want to add your programme?
Pick one. You can change anything afterwards.
I have it as a fileQuickest
Send the programme you already give your zaireen. We read it and show you what we found, for you to check.
I'll type it in
Add the cities, the nights and the days yourself, one at a time.
Do it for meFree for now
Send it to us and a person builds it for you to check.
We only help put it together. The programme stays yours: it is not an endorsement from ZiyarahCheck, and checking it before it goes to your zaireen is your responsibility.
You never see who follows your programme. Zaireen see the programme, never each other.

Your listing, and what you can do with it.
Operators are listed here whether or not they ask to be — a directory that only held the groups who volunteered would be no use to anyone choosing between them. Claiming your listing gives you a voice on it.
Claiming your listing
Two routes, and you only need one.
If your listing shows a website, we send a code to an address on that domain. Enter it and the listing is yours. We check the domain itself, not a lookalike, and we do not accept Gmail, Facebook, Wix or Linktree addresses — receiving mail there proves nothing about representing the group.
Most community karwans have no domain, and that must never be a reason to lock someone out of their own listing. Tell us your role and how we can confirm it — a phone number we can call, a website or poster naming you, a booking confirmation you issued. A person reads it, and we email you either way, with a reason if the answer is no.
Please do not send identity documents. We never ask for a passport or a driving licence, and we do not want them — we are confirming that you act for the group, not who you are.
Once your listing is claimed
- Respond publicly to any review. Your reply appears underneath it, and readers weigh both.
- Share an itinerary. Build your programme once, day by day, and share one link. Every zair who opens it gets a ziyarah on their account with your group, your dates, and the city guides and ziyarat texts for each place. You see how many follow it, never who.
- Dispute a review you believe breaks the guidelines or describes a trip that did not happen with you. See the process on how verification works.
- Correct your details. Anyone can suggest a correction to a listing; a moderator applies it field by field.
All of this is free, and stays free. We do not charge an operator to answer a review, to have one examined, or to be listed. A review service where the reply costs money is not an independent one, and a karwan running four trips a year is exactly who cannot pay and most needs a voice.
What we will not do
- Remove an honest review because it is unflattering. Harsh, detailed and negative reviews are the most useful thing on this site. Disagreeing with one is not grounds for removal; answering it publicly is the remedy.
- Take payment for a rating, a ranking, a search position or a badge. Nothing on this site can be bought, and if that ever changes for any feature, it will be disclosed on the page it affects.
- Remove a review because a refund was offered for it. If anyone offers a zair something to take a review down, please tell us.
What we do remove is set out in the review guidelines — fabricated trips, reviews written by a competitor or by the operator, paid or incentivised reviews, named individuals, personal data, abuse, and anything unlawful.
The ZiyarahCheck Verified badge
The badge is not bought and not given for claiming a listing. It is earned when your own travellers confirm their trips: you provide the passenger list, every traveller on it is invited to review — not a chosen few — and you never see who reviewed or what they wrote before it is published. That is what the badge means to a zair reading it, which is why it cannot mean anything less.
This route is still being built, so no operator carries the badge yet. We would rather show nothing than a badge nobody earned.
If a review breaks the rules
Email privacy@ziyarahcheck.com with a link to the review and what specifically is wrong with it. You do not need to have claimed your listing to complain. We acknowledge within 48 hours and tell you what happens next. Where a complaint says a review is defamatory, we follow the Defamation Act process: we contact the reviewer, give them a chance to respond, and either remove the review or explain why it stays.
