Worth asking about this route
Questions zaireen have found useful. A group that runs this route regularly will have these ready.
- Ask how the visa is arranged, and whether payment can be made before travelling.
- Ask how travel between cities is done — Mashhad, Qom and Tehran are a long way apart.
- Ask how far the hotel is from the haram in Mashhad.
- Ask what the group does about money, since cards from abroad are not usually accepted.
- Ask to see last year's itinerary for the same dates — a group that has run the route will have one ready.
Other routes
What this page is. These are the groups listed in the ZiyarahCheck directory that run this route. Other groups run it too; a group is here because it has been listed, not because it has been approved by us. Add one that is missing — it is free.
What a rating means. A rating appears once a group has three verified reviews. We verify that a reviewer travelled. We do not verify the group.
How the order is decided. By number of verified reviews, then alphabetically. No group can pay for a position, and the order is the same on every route page.
