Please read our review guidelines first — they set out what we publish and what we remove.

Rate the parts

Your overall star above stands on its own. These five sit beside it and never change it.

Accommodation— Hotel quality and distance from the haram
Transport & flights— Buses, flights, transfers, punctuality
Food— Meals provided, quality and timing
Religious programme— Scholar, majalis, ziyarat guidance
Communication & honesty— Did they deliver what was promised?

Where you stayed(optional)

Most zaireen stay in two or three hotels across different cities. Add what you remember — or skip it, your review publishes either way.

Can you prove you travelled?

Only a moderator ever sees it, it is never shown publicly, and it is deleted 90 days after we decide whether it supports the Verified traveller tick, or 90 days after we receive it if no decision is made.

Reviews that confirm the trip carry this: Verified traveller

You do not need it now. If you say yes we email you a link after your review goes live, so you can find it in your own time. Black out anything you do not want a moderator to see — an account number, an address, other people's names. We never ask for identity documents. See our privacy policy.

Your review is written. This is the last thing.

One review per zair per trip is the only thing holding the ratings up, and a verified email is how we count. It is never shown publicly and Alharmain Travels never sees it.

We keep your answers for 24 hours while you do it, then delete them. Opening the sign-in email on a different phone or browser is fine — it finds your review either way.
